1986年9月党的十二届六中全会《决议》规定:“社会主义精神文明建设的根本任务,是适应社会主义现代化建设需要,培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义公民,提高整个中华民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质。”这是我们进行工作,研究问题的出发点和落脚点。
In September 1986, the “Resolution” of the 6th Plenary Session of the Twelfth Central Committee of the Party stated: “The fundamental task of building a socialist spiritual civilization is to meet the needs of socialist modernization and to foster socialism with ideals, morals, culture and discipline Citizens and enhance the ideological and ethical standards and the scientific and cultural qualities of the entire Chinese nation. ”This is the starting point and the foothold of our work and study.
