在电力系统中安装动态电压恢复器(dynamic voltage restorer,DVR),需要确定安装容量及位置。DVR储能单元成本高,且与容量正相关,通过合理配置,可减少DVR总容量,降低DVR配置总成本。首先,建立了含多台DVR的配电网简化模型,分析了不同位置DVR安装容量需求。然后,以各敏感负载工作电压范围为约束条件,以DVR总容量最小为目标函数,基于遗传算法提出了配电网中多台DVR的优化配置策略。算例结果验证了该方法的可行性。
Installing a dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) in a power system requires the installation capacity and location. The DVR energy storage unit is costly and positively correlated with the capacity. Through proper configuration, the total DVR capacity can be reduced and the total DVR configuration cost can be reduced. First, a simplified distribution network model with multiple DVRs is established, and the DVR installation capacity requirements are analyzed. Then, taking the operating voltage range of each sensitive load as the constraint condition and taking the total DVR capacity as the objective function, the optimal allocation strategy for multiple DVRs in the distribution network is proposed based on genetic algorithm. The result of the example verifies the feasibility of this method.
