从各种粘膜损害的271例病人中取得微生物标本,将雕器用稍强的压力在损害部位的表面刮过,取得的标本转入3.0ml的维持生活能力的转移培养基中,以便培养,另外,271例标本中的134例被直接涂在载玻片上,干燥,以便显微镜检查。转移培养基的一部份(0.1至0.2ml)接种到无选择性的培养基中,而选择性的培养基也接种了标本。预先减少血的琼脂平皿(无选择性的培养基)孵育在乏氧的罐中至少7天,其他的平皿行需氧孵育或在含10％的二氧化碳的空气中孵
Microbiological specimens were obtained from 271 patients suffering from various mucosal lesions. The specimens were shaved with slightly stronger pressure on the surface of the lesion and the obtained specimens were transferred to 3.0 ml of the viable transfer medium for culturing. In addition, 134 of 271 specimens were directly applied to slides and allowed to dry for microscopic examination. A part of the transfer medium (0.1 to 0.2 ml) is inoculated into a non-selective medium, and the selective medium is also inoculated with the specimen. Pre-reduced blood agar plates (non-selective medium) were incubated in hypoxic cans for at least 7 days, the other plates were incubated aerobically or in air with 10% carbon dioxide
