我国劳动与社会保障专业自增设以来,表现出良好的发展势头。西北政法大学劳动与社会保障专业自2001年设立至今,依托于法学、政治学学科优势,已经形成了较为完善的学科体系,专业建设体现法管结合、政管结合的特色优势,但还存在课程体系设置滞后、碎片化,师资力量薄弱,学术科研水平较低等问题。在我国社会保障事业迅速发展的时代背景下,有必要根据社会保障事业发展的现实需要以及学校的科学优势,尽快调整发展思路,从整体优化课程体系与教学内容。在抓好教师队伍建设的基础上,改革教学模式,提高科研水平,加强国内外交流与合作。

On the basis of building a contingent of teachers, we should reform the teaching model, raise the level of scientific research, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad.
