[目的]探讨有那些因素会对医学院校大学生的消极和积极应付方式产生影响,为在校大学生的行为和心理健康教育提供理论依据。[方法]以修改的应付方式问卷对在校大学生456名进行调查。[结果]男大学生和女大学生在积极和消极两种应付方式上的得分差异无显著性,逐步回归分析提示在所有12个应付方式影响因素中参加社会活动、人际关系、兴趣爱好、父母亲关系进入回归方程,对应付方式的影响较为明显,其中人际关系和兴趣爱好对消极和积极应付方式均有显著影响。[结论]学校有关部门在对大学生的行为、心理健康教育中应有针对性地引导学生建立良好的人际关系,并培养广泛的兴趣爱好。
[Objective] To explore the factors that will affect the negative and positive coping styles of college students in medical colleges and universities, and provide a theoretical basis for their behavior and mental health education. [Methods] With the modified questionnaire of coping style, 456 undergraduates were investigated. [Results] There was no significant difference between male college students and female college students in the coping styles of positive and negative coping styles. Stepwise regression analysis indicated that participation in social activities, relationships, hobbies, parental relationships among all 12 coping styles Into the regression equation, the impact of coping styles is more obvious, in which relationships and hobbies have a significant impact on both negative and positive coping styles. [Conclusion] Relevant departments of the school should guide students to establish good interpersonal relationships and develop a wide range of interests and interests in the behavior and mental health education of college students.
