建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会是构建社会主义和谐社会和深入贯彻落实科学发展观的要求,低碳经济的发展对建立资源节约型、环境友好型的生态文明意义重大。而以和谐为本的公共关系对于低碳经济的发展发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文运用马斯洛的需求层次理论详细分析、阐述了公共关系与低碳经济的关系,在此基础上,提出了我国低碳经济发展的重要举措。
Building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society is the requirement of building a harmonious socialist society and thoroughly implementing the scientific development concept. The development of a low-carbon economy is of great significance to establishing a resource-conserving and environment-friendly ecological civilization. The harmonious public relations plays a decisive role in the development of low-carbon economy. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, this paper elaborates the relationship between public relations and low-carbon economy. On the basis of this, it puts forward some important measures for the development of low-carbon economy in China.
