提出网络环境下竞争情报开放存取的基本模型框架:由竞争情报提交子系统、竞争情报管理子系统和竞争情报存取控制子系统三部分组成,并分别讨论三部分的作用机制。着重分析竞争情报产品生成机制的决定性因素及产品层次体系;在分析开放存取的基本矛盾与基本要求基础上,应用角色理论分析组织的角色分类矩阵,并设计出以角色为中介的开放存取控制机制。
This paper proposes a basic model framework of open access to competitive intelligence in network environment. It consists of three parts: Competitive Intelligence Submission Subsystem, Competitive Intelligence Management Subsystem and Competitive Intelligence Access Control Subsystem, and discusses the mechanism of the three parts respectively. Focusing on the analysis of the decisive factors and product hierarchy of competitive intelligence product generation mechanism; based on the analysis of the basic contradictions and basic requirements of open access, we apply the role theory to analyze the organization’s role classification matrix and design a role-based open access Control mechanism.
