随着我国石油工业的发展,全国炼油厂相应地增多。在炼油厂设计中形成了大量的图纸、表格、说明书、计算书等科技档案。这些科技档案是设计工作的凭证和依据,是继承、借鉴设计成果的基础和条件,是进行科学技术交流的工具和手段,是国家的宝贵财富。提供这些科技档案为设计工作服务,充分发挥科技档案的作用,就是直接为四化做贡献。怎样做好提供利用工作呢?我们初步体会有以下几个方面:
With the development of China’s oil industry, the number of refineries nationwide has increased accordingly. In the refinery design formed a large number of drawings, tables, brochures, computing books and other scientific and technological files. These scientific and technological archives are the evidence and basis for design work. They are the basis and conditions for inheriting and drawing on design achievements. They are tools and means for scientific and technological exchanges and are valuable assets for the country. Providing these science and technology files for the design work and giving full play to the role of scientific and technological archives is to directly contribute to the four modernizations.
