在城市大规模的传统民居建筑改造中,标准化的改造方案对校园周边的传统民居并不适合,校园周边的东北传统民居建筑存在着特色缺失的问题并未得到合理的开发利用。针对上述情况,本文对校园周边的东北传统民居建筑改造提出意见,并对其发展模式提出“合作式”运营模式构想,保持建筑传统特色的同时提升现有居民的生活水平。

In view of the above situation, this article puts forward opinions on the reconstruction of traditional residential buildings in northeastern part of the campus, and puts forward the concept of “cooperative ” mode of operation for its development mode, and maintains the traditional characteristics of the building while improving the living standards of the existing residents.
