国营3535厂生产的火锅锅体是一个复杂旋转体零件如图一所示。此零件由于中部柱状高,直径小,底部凸缘大,因而压延次数多,成形困难。该厂技术人员在认真进行工艺分析的基础上,制定了切实可行的成形工艺,成功地完成了此零件的压延。现将其工艺分析介绍如下:一、毛坯尺寸的确定:毛坯尺寸根据面积不变原理进行计算,得直径 D 约为φ408毫米。计算时考虑了修边余量。压延时由于材料延伸变薄,试模后毛坯直径只需φ395毫米。实践证明:多工序的压延可以不放修边余量。
