我厂用ZL—102合金压铸生产发动机叶尾的垫板,投产多年来,铸件表面存在流痕和冷隔以及气泡等内部缺陷始终没有克服,合格率只达50~60%。以前认为这是由于厚壁另件不适宜用压铸生产,它的“壁厚效应”很突出的缘故。通过改进浇注系统,增大比压,降低压铸速度,以及合理的压铸温度,上述问题都得到了解决。具体的工艺试验是在Y—100A型卧式压铸机(压射力12吨、射程290毫米)上进行的。我们们改进了压射系统,安装了“压速测示
