目的:探讨医用骨科电钻头清洗与效果评价。方法:选取我院骨科电钻器械50件,将点钻头利用相同的污染物进行污染处理,然后随机分成观察组和对照组,每组25个,观察组通过电动方式来转动钻头,对照组通过手动方式来转动钻头,并将两组钻头完全浸泡在清洗液中进行转动,比较分析两组钻头的清洗效果。结果:两组电钻头通过清洗液面转动样品进行潜血试验观察组的合格率明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组电钻头在清洗液转动样品进行ATP生物荧光检测结果中观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对医用骨科电钻头清洗的时候,要在清洗液液面下进行洗涤,会大大地提高清洗质量,考虑到电钻的结构复杂和难以拆除性,因此在评价清洗效果的时候要结合多重因素,不能片面的只检测是否清洗彻底等等。
Objective: To discuss the cleaning and effect evaluation of medical orthopedic drill. Methods: 50 orthopedic electric drill instruments in our hospital were selected.
