本文对高发季节确诊的流行性出血热(EHF)患者60例,按照随机方法分成治疗组与对照组,在使用传统的液体疗法,不使用抗病毒药物和免疫抑制治疗的基础上,采用双盲法应用EHF 患者恢复期血清(IgG 滴度>1280)治疗EHF 进行治疗效果观察。结果治疗组:尿蛋白消失5.13±1.46d,血少板恢复正常5.57±1.90d,肾功恢复6.73±2.08d,越期者12例,DIC 形成2例,发生肺部感染或肺水肿2例,心肌损害10例,中枢神经系统损害2例,住院天数21.87±7.0d。而对照组尿蛋白消失10.40±1.83d,血小板恢复正常10.47±2.36d,肾功能
In this paper, 60 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) diagnosed in high season were divided into treatment group and control group according to random method.
