从新北一路驱车,到达汐止山边,夜色已晚,朦朦胧胧的细雨中,只见一座偏日式风格的楼台隐于山间,绕着廊道至二楼,光脚触地,自由朴拙的质感瞬间唤起了我对自然的亲近。熏香、暖光之下,精致的定制餐食一道道摆上,看着莲花在滚烫的汤水中渐次舒展开去,周遭的空气淡淡地漾出一抹微甜,不论是花草姿态抑或是蒲苇粗木,满目皆是山野闲暇之趣,仿若台风不曾肆虐,山坳中只余清风习习,这里是食养山房,品评过的人就不会遗忘。这仅仅是八月中旬台湾设计美学之旅的一个小片段,但印象特别深刻,那风那景那煮茶的袅袅水
