公路护栏的安全性评价不应局限于设计阶段的实车足尺碰撞试验,还应评价其在实际道路交通条件下的安全性能表现。为了解决我国公路运营期护栏安全性评价仅停留在“设计符合性检查”层面的问题,本文结合实际道路交通条件及相关交通事故对公路运营期护栏安全性评价进行深入研究,提出了一种基于公路线形、交通特性、车辆碰撞能量及碰撞护栏事故的评价方法。通过在济青高速双层双波护栏上进行应用,证明了该评价方法的合理性及可操作性。公路运营期护栏安全性评价方法的提出对于完善护栏安全性评价体系,提高公路护栏安全防护水平具有重要的意义。
The safety evaluation of highway guardrail should not be confined to the real-vehicle full-scale collision test at the design stage, but should also be evaluated for its safety performance under actual road traffic conditions. In order to solve the problem that the safety evaluation of the guardrail during highway operation only stays on the level of “Design Compliance Check”, this paper, based on the actual road traffic conditions and related traffic accidents, deeply studies the safety evaluation of the guardrail during highway operation period, Evaluation method based on road shape, traffic characteristics, vehicle collision energy and crash barrier accident. Through the application of Jiqing high-speed double-layer double-wave guardrail, the rationality and operability of the evaluation method are proved. The proposed method of evaluating the safety of guardrail during highway operation is of great significance for improving the safety evaluation system of guardrail and improving the safety protection of guardrail.
