目的:分析医院感染质量控制与管理的现状,探讨有效控制医院感染的方法,在保证医疗安全的基础上进一步提高医疗服务的质量。方法:强化责任意识、制定相应的奖惩制度、加强手卫生及职业防护管理、加强医疗废弃物和一次性医疗用品管理,对医院感染管理及相关危险因素进行监测,提出针对性控制措施以指导实施。结果:医务人员提高了医院感染重要性的认识,各项管理措施与制度得到落实和实施,有效控制了医院感染。结论:加强医院感染管理,以周、月感染管理为基础,可使感染管理计划得到落实与实施,控制了医院感染的发生,保证了医疗安全。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the current status of quality control and management of nosocomial infections, to explore ways to effectively control nosocomial infections and to further improve the quality of medical services on the basis of ensuring medical safety.
