(1)降温。用凉水或50%酒精擦其全身,直到皮肤发红,血管扩胀以促进散热。(2)补充水分和无机盐类。能饮水的患者应鼓励其喝足凉盐开水或其他饮料,不能饮水者,应予静脉补液。(3)及时处理呼吸、循环衰竭。呼吸衰竭时,可注射尼可刹明或山梗茶硷,循环衰竭时,可注射鲁明那钠等镇静药。(4)医疗条件不完善时,应对患者严密观察,精心护理,送往就近医院进行抢救。
