近年来,国内教育界针对班主任与科任教师合作育人模式进行了一系列改革与探索,有成绩但也有不足。基于此现状,淮阴卫生高等职业技术学校在五年制高职护理专业中开展了五年制高职校班主任与科任教师的合作育人研究。作为课题的参与者与研究者,在课题实证研究和比较研究过程中,班主任与科任教师要注意以下几个问题:加强情况分析,掌握一手资料;加强班主任与科任教师沟通,形成教育合力;加强科学全面考评,及时巩固教育效果。
In recent years, the domestic education community conducted a series of reforms and explorations on the mode of cooperative education for teachers and teachers in charge of teachers.
