目的观察丙戊酸钠合正天丸治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将108例偏头痛患者随机分为3组(每组各36例),西药组用丙戊酸钠,中药组用正天丸,治疗组组使用丙戊酸钠和正天丸,疗程均为3个月,观察治疗前后各组患者头痛发作次数,头痛程度,头痛持续时间的变化情况。结果,西药组控制显效率为52.78%,中药组控制显效率为55.56%,联合组控制显效率为86.11%。结论丙戊酸钠联合正天丸治疗偏头痛的疗效明显优于中、西药单独应用的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sodium valproate and Zhengzheng pill in the treatment of migraine. Methods One hundred and eight patients with migraine were randomly divided into three groups (36 in each group). Sodium valproate was used in western medicine group and Zhengtian pills in Chinese medicine group. Sodium valproate and Zhengtian pills were used in treatment group. The course of treatment was 3 months, before and after treatment to observe the number of headache attacks in each group, headache, headache duration changes. The results showed that the effective rate of the control group was 52.78%, that of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 55.56%, and that of the combined group was 86.11%. Conclusion The efficacy of sodium valproate combined with Zhengtian Pill in the treatment of migraine is obviously better than that of the combination of Chinese and western medicines alone.
