天津中医药大学(以下简称“我校”)历来高度重视国家自然科学基金资助项目(以下简称“科学基金项目”)的申报、运行及结题管理,并结合自身学科布局特点及学科发展战略,形成了针对性较强的科学基金规范化管理方法。近年来,我校在科学基金的资助下,基础研究水平得到较快发展。本文通过对2008—2012年我校科学基金项目申请、立项以及科技骨干职称、学位、年龄的全面分析,以期了解学校承担科学基金的特点、发展趋势,探索我校基础研究发展的上升空间,针对薄弱环节加强内涵建设,有的放矢地提高科研管理水平。1我校2008—2012年获科学基金资助情况分析
Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as “our school”) has always attached great importance to the application of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Science Fund Project”) reporting, operation and results management, combined with its own characteristics and Discipline development strategy, formed a more targeted scientific fund standardized management methods. In recent years, with the support of the Science Foundation, our school has developed rapidly in basic research. In this paper, through a comprehensive analysis of the application, project and key titles, degrees and ages of science and technology from 2008 to 2012 in our school, we hope to understand the characteristics and development trend of the science funds and to explore the space for the development of basic research in our university.
