工具结构在车床上加工椭圆通孔工具的结构如附图所示。工具体2可在支架1内的两根滑柱15上来回滑动,滑柱由螺母紧固在支架上,工具体一侧加工有与滑块14配合的矩形槽。滑块的内孔与偏心轮12外圆为动配合,偏心轮内圆和键16与开有通头键槽的刀杆6滑配合(见附图e)。将滑块装入工具体矩形槽后,用4个螺钉将盖板13紧固在工具体上。使用时,把车床小拖板拆下,将该工具的支架紧固在中拖板10上,刀杆一端由主轴卡盘夹紧,另一端由尾座顶针支承。调整支架,使其中心与车床主轴中心线重合,然后固定中拖板,使其不能在大拖板上移动。再将钻好孔的工件(孔径要略小于待加工椭圆的

The inner hole of the slider is in the form of a dynamic fit with the outer circle of the eccentric wheel 12, and the inner circle of the eccentric wheel and the key 16 are slidably matched with the arbor 6 with the through-key slot (see figure e). After inserting the slider into the rectangular groove of the tool body, fasten the cover 13 to the tool body with 4 screws. Use, the lathe to remove the small pallet, the tool holder in the drag plate 10, one end of the arbor chuck by the spindle chuck, the other end by the tailstock thimble bearing. Adjust the bracket so that its center coincides with the centerline of the lathe spindle, and then secure the carriage so that it can not move over the carriage. Then drill a good hole workpiece (aperture to be slightly smaller than the ellipse to be processed
