丰城青秆籽是从丰城县农家品种中选育出来的红花草新品种。其叶片肥厚,茎秆青绿粗壮;根系发达,主根伸展较深,抗旱抗寒力较强;株高在0.7米以上,最高的可达1米,青草产量一般每亩在3000～4000公斤,种籽亩产30公斤左右,高的可达50公斤,干粒重3克左右。对土壤质地要求不严,适应性广,在壤土、沙土和粘土上均能生长,以在沙壤田土中生长最好。牲畜危害后再发能力较强。通常在9月下旬播种,到翌年4月上、中旬盛花,5月中旬种籽成熟。 栽培要点:①带肥播种。每亩用3.0～4.0斤种籽(留种田用2.5～3.0斤)加50斤钙镁磷肥,再加4担灰肥拌匀混播,保持田面
