【目的】探明广西北部地区高湿度、寡日照气候条件下,影响油桃果实中后期生长发育和品质形成的主要气象因子。【方法】以晚熟油桃中油7号为试材,于盛花后41d(5月8日)至成熟(7月7日)期这段时间内,每10d采集一次果实样品,进行理化分析。【结果】在盛花后61d内果实质量、果实纵径、横径增长开始加速,横向增长幅度大于纵向生长;可溶性总糖含量及糖酸比下降,蔗糖含量逐渐增加,总酸含量呈先升后降趋势,在果实成熟后含量最小。【结论】降雨量、日照时数的多寡对果实大小的影响不大,但对蔗糖、可溶性总糖、可溶性固形物含量有较大的影响。
【Objective】 To explore the main meteorological factors that affect the growth and quality of Nectarine fruit in the middle and later stages of Navajo under the condition of high humidity and few days in northern Guangxi. 【Method】 The late maturing nectarine Zhongyou 7 was used as material to collect the fruit samples every 10 days during the period of 41 d (May 8) to mature (July 7) after full bloom, and physical and chemical analysis was conducted. 【Result】 The results showed that within 61 days after flowering, the fruit quality, vertical diameter and diameter of fruit started to accelerate, and the horizontal growth rate increased more than the vertical growth. The total soluble sugar content and the ratio of sugar to acid decreased, the content of sucrose gradually increased and the total acid content increased first Down trend, the minimum content of fruit ripening. 【Conclusion】 The effects of rainfall and sunshine hours on the fruit size have little effect on the fruit size, but have a great influence on the content of sucrose, total soluble sugar and soluble solids.
