贵州省毕节“开发扶贫、生态建设”试验区建立18年以来,经过各民主党派中央及社会各界不懈地努力,扶贫工作取得显著成效,初步实现了人口、经济、社会、环境和资源的良性循环。自1995年农工党开始对大方县进行对口帮扶以来,坚持履行“大方不脱贫,农工不脱钩,脱贫也不断线”的承诺,充分发挥人才、智力及联系广泛的优势。
