从今年4月初开始,海南省国资委组织了6个检查小组对43家所属企业党组织(其中省属企业21家、中央驻琼企业22家)落实2009年度党建工作目标责任制情况进行了全面检查,评定90分以上的有17家,占39.5%;80～89分的有22家,占51.2%;60～79分的有3家,占7.0%;60分以下的有1家,占2.3%。总体而言,绝大部分企业党组织都能认真落实省委关于党建工作的部署,坚持把加强党建工作纳入生产经营的全过程,把提高经济效益作为国有企业党建工作的出发点和落脚点,把促进企业改革
