煤炭工业是我国国民经济发展的支柱行业,煤炭业发展对我国国民经济的发展有举足轻重的作用。随着国家国民经济的不断快速发展,对煤炭需求量也越来越大,这就使得煤矿的安全生产管理面临着一个十分严峻的问题。目前,煤矿安全事故不断发生,大型事故率在不断减少,但是零星事故不断增加,要进一步提高煤矿的安全,就要求我们一方面采用先进的信息化、自动化、可视化的先进设备,通过减少人员来提高安全;其次要求我们对在用设备不断优化、工作环境不断改进,工作方式不断创新来改善安全状况;最后就是进一步加强管理,完善各项管理制度来保证人员安全。而煤仓安全盖板与皮带机连锁装置就是我们在安全方面的探索之一,通过其与皮带机的连锁装置,强制性的使职工在工作时只有在安全的前提下才能进行工作,确保了职工人身安全。
