段正元是一位民间大儒,曾办道德学社,民间讲学,传承儒道,弘扬儒教。他认为道是宇宙本源、本体,教是因时因地因人而成;道是本根,教是枝叶;道是源,教是流;道为体,教为用。教虽万殊,一以贯之,回归大道,这是解决因多元宗教竞争而导致人类的各种灾难的唯一途径。儒道是修齐治平的人道,儒道的发用和落实就是孔教或儒教。孔子集万教之大成,儒为万教之先声。孔教注重实行实践,并没有过时,仍有其现代价值,对当今儒教复兴有重要启示。
Duan Zhengyuan is a folk Confucianism, had run a moral club, folk lectures, Confucianism and Taoism, promote Confucianism. He believes that the Tao is the origin of the universe, the noumenon, and the teaching of religion is based on the human race. The Tao is the root and the teaching is the branches and leaves. The Tao is the source, and the Taoism is the flow. Tao is the body and teaching is used. Although education is universal, its return to the avenue is the only way to solve the various disasters that have led to humankind due to the multi-religious competition. The Confucianism and Taoism are the humanities that repair Qi and Zhiping, and Confucianism and Taoism are Confucianism or Confucianism. Confucius sets the culmination of all religions, Confucianism is the first sound of all religions. Confucianism emphasizes practicing, practicing without obsolescence and still has its modern value. It has important enlightenment on the current Confucian revival.
