本文针对担当起独生子女普遍存在的独立性差、责任心差、心胸狭窄等现象,培养小学生的团队精神是当务之急。小学生团队精神的培养是一个长期的工程,它靠的是教育者的教育引导,通过各方面的合力作用,才能培养出适合社会需要的高素质、综合性人才。团队精神能大大提高了学生的主动参与与合作的能力,激发学生树立远大理想,曾强集体主义观念,树立正确世界观和人生观。
In order to take on the phenomenon of poor independence, low responsibility, narrow-mindedness and other phenomena that exist among the only children, it is imperative to train the pupils’ teamwork. The cultivation of the pupils’ teamwork spirit is a long-term project. It relies on the education and guidance of educators. Through the concerted efforts of all quarters, high-quality and comprehensive talents suitable for social needs can be cultivated. Team spirit can greatly enhance students’ ability of active participation and cooperation, inspire students to establish lofty ideal, have strong collectivism, and establish a correct world outlook and outlook on life.
