采用青铜工艺制备了具有不同青铜基体配置的两类多芯Nb_3Sn复合体。一种复合体具有均匀的青铜配置;另一种是不均匀的,并且和大多数复合体一样,有一个厚的青铜外壳。研究结果表明,复合体中的青铜配置对芯丝的均匀反应、Nb_3Sn晶粒形貌以及青铜基体中的锡量变化都有明显的影响,从而使导体的临界电流密度有明显差别,具有均匀青铜配置的导体,其Jc芯(Nb_3Sn+Nb)值比非均匀导体高20~50%。
Two types of multi-core Nb_3Sn complexes with different bronze matrix configurations were prepared by the bronze process. One composite has a uniform bronze configuration; the other is non-uniform and, like most composites, has a thick bronze shell. The results show that the bronze configuration in the composite has a significant effect on the uniform reaction of the core wire, the grain morphology of Nb3Sn and the change of the amount of tin in the bronze matrix, so that the critical current density of the conductor is significantly different, and the uniform bronze Conductor configuration, the Jc core (Nb_3Sn + Nb) value of non-uniform conductor 20 to 50% higher.
