近年来日本高度重视港口转变发展方式。尤其是在2011年3月11日东日本遭遇到9级震灾、海啸、核危机的冲击,严重考验了港口经济的情况下,日本港口在转变发展方式上又有新进展。本文在简介日本港口转变发展方式现状的基础上,对其突出特点、重要举措等进行分析和探讨,以期对当前正处在实现转变发展方式关键时期的我国港口提供借鉴。
In recent years, Japan attaches great importance to the development mode of port transformation. In particular, on March 11, 2011, Japan suffered a 9-magnitude earthquake, tsunami and nuclear crisis and severely tested the port economy. Japan’s ports made some new progress in transforming their development mode. Based on the brief introduction of the status quo of the development mode of Japan’s port transition, this article analyzes and discusses its prominent features and important measures, with a view to providing reference for the Chinese ports currently in the critical period of transforming development mode.
