本文阐述了用离子交换树脂作催化剂合成2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚的实验方法。用正交设计将合成条件进行了优化研究,探索出本合成的最佳反应条件,2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚的收率为79.5%。并对影响因素也进行初步讨论。
This article describes the experimental method for the synthesis of 2-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol using ion exchange resin as a catalyst. The orthogonal design was used to optimize the synthesis conditions, and the optimal reaction conditions were explored. The yield of 2-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol was 79.5%. And the influencing factors are also discussed tentatively.
