近年来,北京市大力推进科技园区发展,以中关村国家自主创新示范区为例,已形成包括东城园、西城园、朝阳园等16个园区在内的“一区多园”的空间格局。入驻在科技园区的企业成千上万,这些企业发展最需要的是什么?是领先的技术?是优惠的政策?还是市场的机遇?答案均不在其中,企业发展真正需要的是人才。人才是支撑企业发展、技术创新的真正动力,只有拥有人才,企业才能掌握领先技术,抓住市场的机遇。
In recent years, Beijing has vigorously promoted the development of science and technology parks. Taking the Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone as an example, the spatial pattern of “one area and multiple parks” has been formed, including 16 parks including Dongcheng Park, Xicheng Park and Chaoyang Park . Tens of thousands of enterprises are stationed in science and technology parks. What are the most needed for these enterprises? Are the leading technologies? Are preferential policies or market opportunities? There are no answers. The real need of talents in business development. Talent is the real power to support the development of enterprises and technological innovation. Only with talents can the enterprises master the advanced technologies and seize the market opportunities.
