我于1983年8月至1984年8月在美国旧金山太平洋医学中心眼科学习,并参观访问了纽约爱因斯坦大学附属Montefiore医院眼科,波士顿麻省眼耳鼻喉医院,洛杉机加州大学Jules Stein眼科研究所和芝加哥伊利诺斯大学眼耳鼻喉医院等。我感到他们的管理工作井井有条、职责分明。每项工作有人抓有人管,科学性计划性很强,不浪费任何人的时间,给我深刻的印象。下面仅谈谈我的点滴所见: 一、病人管理严谨、防止差错事故标志清楚:如病历的管理,每页病历右上角均打印有病人姓名、主治医师和住院医师的名字,即使医师本人未签字,也知道是谁管理的病人。又如病人送入手术室时、病房获士在病人的右手腕套上一个类似手镯的
I studied at the Department of Ophthalmology, Pacific Medical Center, San Francisco, USA from August 1983 to August 1984. I visited the Department of Ophthalmology, Montefiore Hospital, Einstein University, Boston, Massachusetts Eye and Nose and Throat Hospital of Massachusetts, University of California, Jules Stein, Department of Ophthalmology, University of California, Los Angeles. Institute and University of Illinois at Chicago Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital. I feel that their management work is well organized and their responsibilities are clear. Every job is managed by people, and the scientific nature of the program is very strong. It does not waste anybody’s time and gives me a deep impression. Here are just a few of my observations: First, the patient management is rigorous, and the accident prevention signs are clear: If the medical records are managed, the name of the patient, the attending physician and the name of the resident physician are printed in the upper right corner of each page of medical records, even if the physician himself does not Signing also knows who is managing the patient. And if the patient is sent into the operating room, the patient in the ward is given a bracelet-like fit on the patient’s right wrist case.
