目的通过饲养实验,分析同一来源颗粒饲料,经60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌和高温高压灭菌处理后饲喂清洁级KM小鼠的效价。为清洁级动物饲料寻找最佳灭菌方法和最低耗料成本提供参考依据。方法在清洁级屏障系统内将21日龄的健康KM小鼠离乳后♀♂各半均随机分为2组,分别饲喂不同方法处理的饲料,每周称重1次并统计绘制曲线图,成熟后同组内随机交配,记录繁殖情况,计算出胎间隔、离乳率、生殖指数等繁殖指标,进行统计学分析。结果同一周龄吃60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌饲料组小鼠的体重明显比吃高压灭菌饲料组的小鼠重。虽然高压灭菌颗粒饲料的单价比经60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌的低且耗料量少,但离乳鼠的体重,生长速度及母鼠的各项生殖指标均差于后者。结论 60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌的颗粒饲料用于清洁级KM小鼠生产繁殖的效价比高,是目前比较理想的灭菌方式。
OBJECTIVE Through feeding experiments, the titers of clean-grade KM mice fed with pellet feed from the same source, sterilized by 60Co-γ ray and sterilized by autoclaving were analyzed. For clean animal feed to find the best sterilization method and the lowest material cost to provide a reference. Methods The 21-day-old healthy KM mice were randomly divided into 2 groups after being fed with different methods of feeding KM mice in the clean-level barrier system. The animals were weighed weekly and weighed weekly After maturation, the animals were mated randomly in the same group, and the reproduction was recorded. The reproductive indexes such as fetal interval, milk release rate and reproductive index were calculated and statistically analyzed. Results The body weight of the mice fed with 60Co-γ-ray irradiation at the same week of age was significantly higher than that of the mice fed the autoclaved feed. Although the unit price of the autoclaved pellet feed is lower than that irradiated by 60Co-γ ray irradiation and consumes less consumables, the body weight, growth rate and reproductive indexes of the females are worse than the latter. Conclusion The 60Co-γ-ray-irradiated pellet feed is an ideal sterilization method for the production and reproduction of clean-grade KM mice.
