为解决高职教育课程内容与职业标准相脱节、教师职教能力与产业发展不适应以及教改举措系统推进难度大等问题,我院精心顶层设计,明确系统推进时间表和路线图,实施教师全员参与的“两重一再”工程,即“方案重构”、“课程重塑”和“能力再造”。工程以产教融合人才培养方案修订完善、工学结合课程开发建设为切入点,以教师职教能力提升为突破口,实现了人才培养方案、课程建设、教师能力提升三者间的动态优化,探索出了一条循环深化专业内涵建设的有效路径。
In order to solve the problems such as the disagreement between the content of vocational education and professional standards, the inadequacy of teachers’ vocational education ability and industrial development, and the difficulty in promoting the reform of education reform system, our institute elaborately designed the top-level system to clearly and systematically promote the timetable and roadmap, Participate in the “double again and again, ” project, “program restructuring ”, “curriculum remodeling ” and “ability to rebuild ”. The project takes the revising and perfecting of training programs for integration of work and education, starting with the development and construction of engineering and learning courses, and taking the improvement of teachers ’teaching ability as the breakthrough point to realize the dynamic optimization among talent cultivation programs, curriculum construction and teachers’ ability improvement.
