1.前言众所周知,顶头是斜轧穿孔机穿孔的关键工具。顶头的形状和寿命都直接影响穿孔机的能耗、小时产量、成材率等。目前国内φ76机组、φ60机组穿孔机顶头绝大部分为球面形,材质为3Cr2W8V合金工具钢。用该顶头穿碳素管坯、低合金结构钢管坯时使用寿命不低,但穿高碳GCr15管坯时,一个顶头只能穿10~30支毛管(管坯长1~1.2m),顶头消耗量大,因频繁更换顶头,穿孔机作业率低,顶头表面质量差使毛管内表面质量下降。为此我厂从1980年开始进行了用复合顶头穿GCrl5轴承钢的试验研究。
