最近经济界、经济学界的一些人士对经济发展速度问题发表了看法,意见主要集中在以下几点: 一是今后不要再搞计划经济那一套“必争必保”的指令性速度指标,而把增长速度当作预测性、指导性指标。“必争必保”的计划指标的弊病很多,容易助长虚报浮夸,片面追求数量扩张。今后对增长率预测应按照市场经济国家通常做法,可以随经济形势变化逐季逐月作出必要的修正和调整。
