职业教育是经济社会发展的重要基础,随着科学技术和经济全球化步伐加快,各行各业对劳动者素质要求和重视程度不断提高,这对职业教育的生存与发展产生了巨大影响,对特殊教育学校的职业教育带来更大冲击。在这种背景下,我们必须立足于地方经济发展趋势,加快职业教育的改革和发展,加快实用型人才资源开发。本文立足特殊教育学校以及特殊学生职业发展,从职教观念、目标、管理、内容、方式等方面进行研究,总结出“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”的职教经营理念以及“产教结合、产学结合、产研结合”等独具地方与学校特色的实践经验。
