起源于20世纪50年代的绩效技术是一种实现人类期望成就的工程学方法,在分析绩效差距的基础上设计最有效的最佳成本——效益的干预策略。笔者认为,高职院校在师资建设工作中,引入绩效的观点,运用绩效技术,成为绩效技术的实践者,转变关注点。一是要验证现有的建设投入是否能使组织受益,二是如果成效不大,是否可以开发设计其他干预措施。绩效技术在帮助组织转变关注点上能起到很重要的作用;重构高职院校的师资建设体系能使团队和组织受益,而不仅仅是个人。
Performance technology, which originated in the 1950s, is an engineering approach to the achievement of human aspirations, designing the most effective and cost-effective intervention strategy based on analyzing performance gaps. The author believes that vocational colleges in the construction of teachers, the introduction of performance point of view, the use of performance technology, performance technology to become practitioners, change the focus. First, we must verify whether the existing investment in construction can benefit the organization. Second, if the results are not satisfactory, whether other interventions can be developed and designed. Performance technology can play an important role in helping organizations shift their focus; restructuring teachers in higher vocational colleges can benefit teams and organizations, not just individuals.
