目的使用流式细胞术分析急性髓系白血病(AML)的特异性免疫表型。方法收集我院血液科2009年4月-2012年7月47例确诊的急性髓系白血病病例,使用流式细胞仪进行免疫分型,统计AML患者白血病细胞各免疫表型表达阳性率。结果在47例AML患者中,免疫表型以CD13、CD33、cMPO、CD117的表达最常见,表达率分别是91.49%、80.85%、70.21%、63.83%。结论 CD13、CD33、cMPO、CD117是急性髓系白血病特异性较高的免疫标记,有助于急性髓系白血病的诊断.
Objective To analyze the specific immunophenotype of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) using flow cytometry. Methods A total of 47 cases of acute myeloid leukemia diagnosed in our hospital from April 2009 to July 2012 were collected and immunophenotyped by flow cytometry. The positive rates of immunophenotypic expression of leukemia cells in AML patients were calculated. Results In 47 AML patients, the expression of CD13, CD33, cMPO and CD117 were the most common immunophenotypes. The expression rates were 91.49%, 80.85%, 70.21% and 63.83% respectively. Conclusion CD13, CD33, cMPO and CD117 are specific immunological markers of acute myeloid leukemia and are helpful for the diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia.
