为准确把握全省企业用工情况,山东省劳动就业办公室对春节后全省人力资源市场职业供求状况、企业用工情况进行了摸底调查和数据分析。总体上看,该省春节后企业用工供需两旺,进入人力资源市场15136家企业,用工总需求65.5万人,城乡求职人员52.4万人,同比分别增加4.7%、7.2%,达成用工意向29.9万人,岗位匹配率46.4%,基本保持了平稳、理性、缓和的态势,呈现出六个方面的特点:
