浸入燃烧过程,是用燃料和空气均匀混合燃烧后的 热燃气,自浸入溶液中的燃烧管喷出,通过液体鼓泡排出,汽液两相直接接触,发生剧烈的热交换而进行蒸发的过程。 因而浸入燃烧的优点在于:能处理粘稠和易结晶、结垢、以及腐蚀性较强的物料。因其 直接传热,所以具有较高的热效率(可达90%以上)和蒸发强度(可达100~180KrH2O/ ac)同时蒸发设备本身也较简单,节省贵重钢材,投资费用低,并可适用于中小型化工操作过程。 浸入燃烧应用于工业时间还不久,我国才刚开始于研究阶段,对它的机理掌握还很差,力了使它服务于我国建设事业,尚须进行大力的研究工作。
