幽门管溃疡为特殊类型的溃疡,但临床表现不尽相同.自从纤维胃镜用于临床以来,更易准确诊断,此后其检出率可达8%～10%.本文报道65例幽门管溃疡,并对其临床表现、胃镜、并发症的特征及内科治疗进行讨论.1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:男58例,女7例,男:女=8.3:1,年龄17～65岁,平均年龄40.1岁.各年龄组发病率:<20岁3例(4.6%),20～29岁11例(16.9%),30～39岁22例(33.8%),40～49岁23例(35.4%),50～59岁4例(60.0%),60～69岁2例(3.1%).
