目的：研究幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）与十二指肠疾病及其胃上皮化生的关系。方法：应用特殊染色方法对１６６例胃窦及十二指肠活检标本进行了形态学观察及ＨＰ检测。结果：在十二指肠球部，ＨＰ仅见于胃上皮化生区，ＨＰ的检出率随着炎症及胃上皮化生程度的增加而上升。结论：重度胃上皮化生及ＨＰ引起的Ⅲ级十二指肠炎是十二指肠溃疡形成的基础
Objective: To study the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (HP) and duodenal diseases and gastric metaplasia. Methods: 166 cases of gastric antrum and duodenal biopsy specimens were observed by morphological observation and HP detection by special staining method. Results: In the duodenal bulb, HP only appeared in the metaplastic region of gastric epithelium. The detection rate of HP increased with the increase of inflammation and gastric metaplasia. Conclusions: Severe gastric epithelial metaplasia and HP-induced grade III duodenitis are the basis of duodenal ulcer formation
