以毛竹为原材料,将丙烯醇减压浸渍到竹材中,通过辐照产生接枝,制备竹材有机复合材料,并对不同工艺制备材料的密度和干缩性质进行测定。结果表明,随着浸渍时间的增加和辐照剂量的加大,生材、碳化材的径向全干干缩率、弦向全干干缩率都有下降但都高于对照组;而生材、炭化材的基本密度都明显增大。通过多因素方差分析结果表明,试材类型主效应仅对基本密度的影响极显著;浸渍时间主效应对径向全干干缩率影响显著;辐照剂量主效应对弦向全干干缩率、径向全干干缩率、轴向全干干缩率的影响显著。浸渍时间与辐照剂量的交互效应仅对径向全干干缩率的影响极显著。试材类型、浸渍时间和辐照剂量3个因素交互效应对径向全干干缩率、弦向全干干缩率、轴向全干干缩率的影响显著。随着浸渍时间延长,炭化材径向全干干缩率、弦向全干干缩率、轴向全干干缩率都有下降的趋势,基本密度逐渐增大。随着辐照剂量的增大,炭化材径向全干干缩率、弦向全干干缩率、轴向全干干缩率有下降的趋势,炭化材基本密度增大。
Using bamboo as raw material, the allyl alcohol was impregnated into bamboo under reduced pressure, grafted by irradiation to prepare bamboo organic composites, and the density and shrinkage properties of the materials prepared by different processes were determined. The interactive effect of three factors, the type of test material, immersion time and irradiation dose, has significant effect on the dry shrinkage in radial direction, the dry shrinkage in chordwise direction and the dry shrinkage in axial direction. With the lengthening of impregnation time, the radial dry-shrinkage, the full-dry shrinkage and the axial dry-dry shrinkage of the carbonized wood all tend to decrease, and the basic density gradually increases. With the increase of irradiation dose, the radial dry-shrinkage, the cold-rolled dry-shrinkage and the axial dry-dry shrinkage of the carbonized wood tended to decrease, and the basic density of the carbonized wood increased.
