国家电网公司正在进行用电信息采集系统(以下简称采集系统)的建设工作,预计2014年将全面实现“全采集、全覆盖、全预付费”。其中,智能电能表的采集成功率是采集系统深化应用首先需要解决的问题。各省电力公司在提升采集成功率方面,一般采用终端厂家和智能电能表厂家,甚至是载波芯片厂家进行现场支持的方式进行解决,但往往会出现厂家之间互相推诿责任的情况,无法判断问题所在
