当前绿色建筑理念已经在住宅建筑领域得到广泛应用。自2004年开始,将绿色建筑理念应用于本科住区和住宅设计教学中,其宗旨是让学生以可持续的观念进行设计,创造舒适健康的居住环境。绿色住区的设计目标在于实现低环境冲击性和高环境融和性,减少对资源、能源的依赖;选择适合当地气候的建筑形式及材料,引入新的技术和新的能源以及水和废弃物的处理等。对于住宅设计则提倡综合考虑建筑的形式、日照、自然通风和能源的高效利用等积极因素。
The current concept of green building has been widely used in residential construction.
