血中前列环素(PGI_2)和血栓素A_2(TXA_2)分别对血小板的凝集起抑制或促进作用。血中这两种物质的不平衡,可能与糖尿病血管并发症的发生有关,研究者们注意到糖尿病人血中的PGI_2和TXA_2比例失调,但对这种变化的认识尚不统一。故我们就糖尿病人和正常对照,用放免法测定了血浆中PGI_2的代谢产物6—酮—前列腺素F_(1α)(6—keto—PGF_(1α)和TXA_2的代谢产物血栓素B_2(TXB_2)的含量,探讨它们在糖尿病微血管病变中的作用。
Prothrombin (PGI_2) and thromboxane A_2 (TXA_2) in blood respectively inhibit or promote platelet aggregation. The imbalance between the two substances in blood may be related to the occurrence of diabetic vascular complications. The researchers noticed that the imbalance of PGI_2 and TXA_2 in blood of diabetic patients, but the understanding of this change is not uniform. Therefore, in diabetic patients and normal controls, the metabolites of 6-keto-prostaglandin F 1alpha (6-keto-PGF_ (1α)) and TXA 2 in plasma were assayed by radioimmunoassay for thromboxane B_2 (TXB_2) Of the content, to explore their role in diabetic microangiopathy.
