Ganoderma lucidum is an excellent health-care fungus. During the study of liquid fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum, the red yeast (Zhizhi), purple ganoderma lucidum, and black cilia were screened separately. It was found that the ganoderma 508 was most suitable for liquid fermentation after specific culture and fermentation. The amino acid content of the fermentation product was higher than that of wild Chichi.
