人白细胞抗原(HLA)严格受基因控制并表现为多态性。它随着种族、居住地区、地理位置的不同而有多态性表现。有关我国民族的HLA分布,国内外近年相继有报道。本文主要介绍在宁夏观测回族HLA抗原频率及连锁不平衡参数并与汉族等民族进行比较,从免疫遗传学角度探讨回族人种与汉族和其它民族之关系。
Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) is strictly controlled by the gene and appears as a polymorphism. It shows polymorphisms depending on race, area of residence, and geographic location. The distribution of HLA in our nation has been reported in recent years at home and abroad. This article mainly introduces the frequencies and linkage disequilibrium parameters of HLA antigens in Hui people in Ningxia, and compares them with ethnic groups such as the Han nationality. It discusses the relationship between Hui ethnicity and Han nationality and other nationalities from the perspective of immunogenetics.
